We have established ourself over the last few years and have moulded our services to the factoring and property industry. Using the knowledge and expertise we have gained over twenty years working in construction management and contractor control roles we have put together an impressive and very knowledgable staff to provide the service, working throughout Scotland.
We have also worked out a pricing structure that allows us to be very competitive in the industry and this allows the factor to provide a more cost effective service to the property owners, for both planned and reactive maintenance.
Our experience and workforce provide capability for large scale maintenance programmes and a proactive approach to resolve issues to avoid the need for return.
We are an approved insurance repair contractor and specialist installer of Waterguard water leak detection and prevention systems. We currently carry out works with several factors and insurers.
